A lot of useful functionalities have been packaged into this latest release. Among the new functionalities are some user interface updates, changes to administrative workflows, and an evolution in licensing from levels to user types.

While present ArcGIS Online users may find these new functionalities disruptive, Esri is providing advance notice of these changes so you can be prepared and be ready to use the new workflows this December.
