Esri has released a general cumulative maintenance patch for ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.6.1 (Windows and Linux) --- ArcGIS GeoEvent 10.6.1 Patch 1.

The patch addresses several issues, including problems with Stream Service stability and throughput, Data Store layer discovery times, and complex service performance issues. It also extends support for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) authentification.
