Esri just released this June 2017 Survey123 for ArcGIS 2.1.6! This is the latest update to Survey123 for ArcGIS.

The Survey123 field app build number is now 2.1.6. It can be downloaded from the iTunes, Google Play and Amazon stores. Also, Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS is now at version 2.1.9. It is also ready for Windows, Mac and Ubuntu Linux at the Esri Downloads page.
