By joining the beta you will have the opportunity to see what Workforce for ArcGIS has to offer and see how it is evolving (read Esri’s Jeff Shaner’s “Workforce for ArcGIS is evolving”). (Workforce for ArcGIS is a mobile solution that will help your organization improve the planning, coordination, organization, and efficiency of their fieldwork and field workers using the power of location intelligence.) 

To join the Workforce beta program, you need an ArcGIS Online subscription and one or more iOS devices. Within the Esri Early Adopter Program website, you will find the information needed to create new Workforce projects and download/use the new Workforce mobile app on your iPhone or iPad.
